01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the winph12 website, mobile platform, and any related services provided by winph12 (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the winph12 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read together with winph12's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

winph12 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the winph12 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of placing any bet or wager.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by winph12 or any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of winph12, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

winph12 takes age verification seriously. Upon registration, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID) to verify your age and identity. winph12 reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold any funds pending satisfactory completion of age and identity verification.

Any person who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the winph12 Platform commits a serious breach of these Terms. winph12 will close such accounts immediately, void all associated bets and winnings, and may report the matter to the relevant authorities.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the winph12 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

When registering your winph12 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify winph12 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

winph12 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. If winph12 has reason to believe that your account information is inaccurate or that your account is being used in an unauthorized manner, winph12 reserves the right to suspend or close your account pending investigation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

winph12 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your winph12 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full identity and age verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• winph12 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as published on the winph12 Platform and may vary by payment method.
• winph12 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited into your winph12 account must be used for gaming purposes. winph12 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

winph12 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus conditions applicable to all winph12 promotions include:

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless expressly stated otherwise.
• winph12 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or other methods that winph12 deems to constitute abuse will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, the voiding of any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the winph12 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms.

• Bets placed and accepted by the winph12 system are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where winph12 determines that a technical error has occurred.
• winph12 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers via live video stream.
• In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, winph12's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. winph12 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winph12 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with any game or bet.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the winph12 Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winph12 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the winph12 Platform without the prior written consent of winph12.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

winph12's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winph12 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winph12 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

winph12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• winph12 suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on the account.
• A player has requested self-exclusion under winph12's Responsible Gaming policy.
• winph12 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, winph12 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach (for example, at the player's own request), any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the winph12 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 11 above.
